On 27/05/2026, Macspred Pty Ltd (ACN 011 029 495) initiated a voluntary recall under section 106 of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code scheduled to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994 (Cth) in relation to the chemical product described above.
Reason for voluntary recall:
The product (batch numbers 124882, 125969, 125970 and MPL6D00046) does not comply with its APVMA approved formulation composition.
Hazard:
Non-compliance with the APVMA-approved formulation means that the product formulation has not been
assessed by the APVMA and may affect product safety and/or efficacy.
What to do:
Do not use Macspred® Velmac G® Granular Herbicide from the above-mentioned batches. Return the product to the reseller, where purchased, for a full refund.
